Facility Rentals
3 main venues you can rent out:
The Sanctuary: 60 – 220 people, $200 an hour (minimum 3 hour)
The Venue: 25 – 55 people, $75 an hour (minimum 2 hour)
The Room: 5 – 40 people, $45 an hour (NO minimum)
Outside of the 3 main venues you can also rent out additional rooms for $45 an hour, this includes our lobby.

EXTRAS:
Set-Up & Tear Down: $220.00 per event
This includes the church’s round tables as well as the set up and removal of the church’s tables and chairs only. Patio set up and tear down, as well placement and removal of signage and cones around the building. Set up and tear down teams are only responsible for setting up and tearing down the church’s equipment.
Media Tech: $100 (minimum 3 hours) and $35 for each additional hour after the minimum.
Tables: $5 a table 10 – 6ft Round tables, holds 8 chairs comfortably

The Sanctuary (60 - 220 people capacity)
One media technician and our onsite host. (3 hours)
Usage of our LED wall and lighting system. Our setup runs ProPresenter, and it is not compatible with PowerPoint.
Sound system. Our media tech will be the only ones authorized to utilize the sound equipment. This includes the sounds board, the in-ear monitors, the microphones, cables, etc.
Lobby, including the coffee bar and its refrigerator. Renter must provide urns, plates, cups, napkins, etc.

** Venue has LED wall, Light System and Sound System capabilities but will need to hire a Media Tech. to run these options.
